Very unprofessional environment Management speak behind employees backs lots of harrassment, no pay raise no sick pay no personal days or vacay days and if granted not payed, and no consideration on doc notes or emergency Fmla, they give points for anything on attendance breaks etc high turnover rate and yet they want to overwork you overtime when needed but not grant you a token of appreciation in anyway only what benefits them.Certain ladies in upper management don’t belong there, they make it such a hostile work environment for most they also a have a point system they use only against employees that are not on there fav list if not points they look for any complaints they can hold against you.
If this location is an example of how all Fox Rent a Cars are run then I wouldn't recommend anyone for this company. Not to mention my pay rate as a lead was LESS than the third party employees under my supervision. They relied on me as a service lead to also train employees in other departments besides my own and work in those departments while also preforming my daily duties. The lying and scamming towards customers at the rental desk is mind blowing.
The entire fleet is atrocious at best and I've personally been told to send out vehicles to customers that clearly were passed due for scheduled maintenance.(bald tires, alignments, cracked windshields, oil changes, body damage, exc.) If you have any morals and a desire to give out a good product to your customers this isn't the place to work. There is no possibility for advancement past lead and I personally handled managerial duties on a daily basis.
The Senior Operations Manager refuses to work with anyone's schedules or assist with an understaffed department. As a lead you never get any help from management when it comes to scheduling, equipment, supplies, or time/work management. I worked here for almost two years and must say Fox Rent a Car was not a pleasant experience.
